Gymnastics Intermediate

For gymnasts who want to take their gymnastics skills to the next level. This class is designed to meet each gymnast at their current skill level and use drills and technique correction to improve abilities. This class will be broken into two groups that rotate from one station to the next learning the classic gymnastics apparatus (vault, bars, beam and floor).
