TR First Step Fitness

Children with special needs will train their bodies and minds through playful movement, games, and simple exercises. Each session helps children build strength, balance, and confidence in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment. The program focuses on teamwork, coordination, and having fun while staying active.

Please bring a towel of some sort for perspiration, a yoga matt and as mentioned a water bottle.
