Sen Ctr Silver Sneakers Strength and Balance Tuesday remote

This class focuses on exercises and movements that will make you stronger, improve balance and reduce fall risks. Classes are suitable for all fitness levels as exercises are adapted for each individual's skill level. A chair is used for balance and support. Instructor is off site and class is held via zoom on the large screen tv in the fitness room.
