KF Garden Club Highcrest

This program is open only to students at Highcrest School.

In this 5 week class we will plant lettuce and radishes to harvest at our last class, study monarchs and other pollinators and make coffee filter butterflies, we will upcycle our own planter from a milk jug to plant our gallon of garlic in as we learn how to plant bulbs and we will study real live worms as we focus on composting and its value in providing important nutrients to our plants.
