Chair Yoga with Gia is a very effective workout utilizing simple and easy moves. Feel wonderful in both body and mind. Routines include stretching, strength and breathing exercises with benefits of greater flexibility, relaxation and positive energy. Most exercises are done seated, some standing, with variations for all fitness levels.
