Karate Age 7-17

Ages 7 to Adult! This family-oriented course, taught by Sensei Lou Roberts, introduces the ancient art of Okinawan Karate. With time and dedication, students can progress from White Belt to Black Belt. You will learn kata (movement sequences), kumite (one-step sparring), self-control, confidence, self-defense, and above all respect for others and yourself. This course is also beneficial for seniors, helping improve balance, memory, mobility, and strength.
