Sen Ctr SilverSneakers Stability

This class focuses on exercises and movements that will make you stronger, improve balance and reduce fall risks. Classes are suitable for all fitness levels as exercises are adapted for each individual's skill level. A chair is used for balance and support. Please note: The instructor is off site; the class is held via zoom on the large screen tv at the Center. Participants are able to converse with the instructor, and the instructor is able to see and hear the class through the tv's microphone and speakers.
