An ongoing schedule of activities and program is available for adults throughout the year. These may include theater outings, museum visits, dining experience, shopping trips, casino trips, movies, holiday gatherings, game nights, and bowling. Open to participants with intellectual disabilities and their peers. Activities will take place at the putting green, driving range, and flat nine, with Special Olympic tournament to be scheduled.

Young adults will train their bodies, prepare their minds, and get their spirits soaring. Program includes cardio workouts, zumba and fitness room use as well as stretching, yoga, and "bootcamp" fun. Bring a water bottle and get ready to get fit.

The program includes skill development and drills. Appropriate dress required: no jeans and casual footwear such as sneakers or sandals are not permitted. Unified Partners should submit a Class A volunteer form and Unified Partner form prior to the first practice.

Kids and young adults will be actively involved in different activities depending on the day. Activities such as fitness, sports, arts & crafts, dance, yoga and much more.
