Wethersfield Parks and Recreation reserves the right to cancel programs and issue refunds due to insufficient registrants or causes beyond its control. Refunds will be automatic is a session is cancelled. All refund requests for withdrawal from a program must be made in writing and sent to: rec.activities@wethersfieldct.gov A full refund less a $10 processing fee per program will be given if withdrawal is requested two (2) weeks prior to the start of the program. A 50% refund less a $10 processing fee per program will be given if withdrawal is requested one (1) week prior to the start of the program. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GRANTED LESS THAN ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE PROGRAM START DATE.
